ENVIRONMENTAL

Our efforts with the environmental aspect of ESG includes water and waste management, emission reductions such as carbon, light, noise etc. and providing best in-class rental equipment that is environmentally sound. JST is committed to a partnership with customers that will enable them to focus and succeed with their company goals and benchmarks in this area.

Our quality department conducts routine visual inspections of our equipment on customer locations to confirm that our equipment maintains its reliability.

Our journey management practices are designed to reduce driving hours for our field personnel, without sacrificing the level of service to customers. With reducing the idle time on vehicles, pre-planning routes, and proactive dispatching we believe we are doing our part to be successful environmental stewards.

SOCIAL

Our efforts with the social aspect of ESG is measuring areas such as worker safety, diversity of workforce and management, as well as investments in local communities in the form of volunteering and community participation.

JST’s Safety Management System meets or exceeds our customers requirements and expectations. Our safety and management teams work directly with small and large oil and gas companies to ensure our safety standards and procedures protect all workers and assets.

JST has a zero-tolerance policy against any sort of discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, or reprisal/retaliation. We encourage prompt reporting of complaints and offer various anonymous Whistleblower Hotlines. We embrace equal employment opportunities for our workforce, and we follow our Code of Business Integrity (COBI) to achieve operational excellence. Our executives evaluate opportunities for volunteering or to help local charities including those involved with law enforcement, little league fund raisers, and various children’s charities.

GOVERNANCE

We see the governance aspect as the foundation of ESG. Rights, transparency, fairness, and risk management are all aspects of corporate governance. JST holds its Code of Business Integrity (COBI) in high-regards and practices what they preach. HSE trainings are imperative, not just to “check-the-box” but to provide employees with knowledge and skills training necessary to complete the jobs safely. Staying up to date with governmental regulatory requirements and constantly reviewing and updating Human Resources policies and best practice procedures for relevance, clarity, and sustainability. All of it to live our corporate goal of ZNPT.
